Do you or your organization own/have permission to use duowan.com? If not, please read

You may also choose a groupId that reflects your project hosting, in this case, com.github.vince-styling

I haven't permission to use duowan.com, it was my company domain, my project start when I was one of them, so I want to keep the package name as 'com.duowan...'.
I deployed my project to staging repository, but I can't release it, the sonatype UI report to me a "Forbidden Error", please tech me how to do it, thanks in advance.

Changing groupId to com.duowan so you can deploy to it or any sub-groups

You were getting a release error because I had not prepared the staging repository for com.duowan. Try again and it should work.

Configuration has been prepared, now you can:

please comment on this ticket when you promoted your first release, thanks

Hi Devin Mayhew, Is my project successful deploy? I can depend it in other projects, but I can't get it on http://search.maven.org/, Does the sync operation take times to do it?

Comment by Joel Orlina [ 05/07/14 ]

It may take up to 2 hours before your artifacts show up in search.maven.org. If you can use it as a dependency, then it successfully made it to Central.

Comment by Joel Orlina [ 05/07/14 ]

Central sync is activated for com.duowan. After you successfully release, your component will be published to Central, typically within 10 minutes, though updates to search.maven.org can take up to two hours.
