Requesting namespace for the OperatorFabric project

OperatorFabric is a project of the Linux Foundation Energy.

We would like to request the org.opfab namespace to publish jars for our client library to Maven Central.

Note: Our latest release still uses packages starting with org.lfeoperatorfabric but we have renamed them to org.opfab (see develop branch) to comply with Sonatype recommendations regarding groupIds. We won't attempt to publish jars until our next release when this renaming takes effect.
