Need to publish to maven central for lum.ai

Hi,

I tried to add this request to a previous one (see https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-39643?jql=text%20~%20%22kwalcock%22), but that probably wasn't the proper procedure.

We need to have additional publishers/deployers for lum.ai because different people are responsible for different projects and so that we have backups/alternates.  I can send someone an email from keith@lum.ai.  You can also find some activity of mine evident for the odinson project (https://github.com/lum-ai/odinson).
