Releasing of artifact fails with following error "No public key: Key with id: (823698d204919376) was not able to be located on <a href=http://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371/>http://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371/</a>. Upload your public key and try the operation again"
But Key is uploaded to server using following command:
>gpg --keyserver hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net --send-keys 823698d204919376
gpg: sending key 823698D204919376 to hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net
List keys:
