NoSuchRepositoryException: Repository with ID="plexus-with-staging" not found

I'm trying to release plexus-utils 3.3.0. The UI is not very responsive, but finally works: I was able to upload the content to plexus-1148 staging repo

But when closing, there is a constant failure (tried 3 times at 12 hours interval):

I fear the cleanup done while working on responsiveness issues has gone too far for Plexus
