Tried using curl request to list repositories with particular group ID. Failed with forbidden( http error 403).

I have been granted access to publish files to the com.marklogic namespace. In the nexus repository UI, My profile shows my credentials as an externally configured user. I am unable to list the repositories using the curl request

"curl -u username:password  -X GET 'https://oss.sonatype.org/service/local/staging/searchgroup=com.marklogic' " 

Where am I going wrong? Please help me

P.S: I have also tried with another colleague user token but it didn't work out.
