Automatic releases to staging repositories is creating multiple repositories

Two weeks ago during a release of v5.0.0 from 4.2.1 the Travis build help us automate the release started to create multiple repository deployments in staging.

The problem is we can't close the repository because some of those deployments have the sources while the others have the Javadoc.

Is there a way we can use to combine the artifacts from those deployments so that we can close it and release to maven central? Why is that we are not generating some many deployments.
