Add Alexei Barantsev ("barancev") to GroupID to org.seleniumhq.selenium

Alexei is one of the key developers of the Java bindings for Selenium. You can view his (many) commits [here|https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/commits/master?author=barancev.] I am the lead of the Selenium project, and have been uploading our most recent releases (my sonatype username is shs96c)

Could you please allow him to publish to the Group ID "org.seleniumhq.selenium"? Understandably, our releases are composed of many small moving pieces, so he should be able to push to any project within that Group ID.
