UI javascript files are not compressed/minimized

      Description

      Problem

      Noticed all the Javascript files that are requested using the UI ( ExtJS) are not of the compressed/condensed form in 2.12.0-01 - previous releases had these compressed to improve UI loading times.

      Expected

      Javascript files for the UI should be minimized to improve loading times/reduce bandwidth
