Use preemptive authentication while communicate with authenticated proxy

      Now it always get -> 401 -> get. e.g.

      XXX.XXX.60.255 - - [21/Oct/2015:10:12:14 +0000] "GET /content/groups/thirdpartySnGroup/tomcat/jasper-compiler/maven-metadata.xml HTTP/1.1" 401 0 14
XXX.XXX.60.255 - user_nexus [21/Oct/2015:10:12:14 +0000] "GET /content/groups/thirdpartySnGroup/tomcat/jasper-compiler/maven-metadata.xml HTTP/1.1" 404 953 489

      This 401 errors make my monitoring tool crazy

      In case if user specify credentials for proxy, nexus may use preemptive authentication (https://hc.apache.org/httpcomponents-client-ga/tutorial/html/authentication.html) to skip 401 response
