Help text in routing rules is wrong

    Description

      The help text on routing rules is incorrect. It says that the path in the expression "will include the repository name". This is wrong.

      It also implies that a leading ".*" is needed in the path before the start of the group ID, this is also wrong.

      This was previously fixed in NEXUS-3583 , so somehow this regressed.
