      Description

      The Health check discovered in this case 19 OSS artifacts, so maybe the limitation as it is shown in the dialog is active:

      "[...] The repository does not contain enough open source components for the results to be meaningful"

      So why is there a limitation, for watching this report? Background is, that we want to use the report as an easy way to list the used 3rd-Party-SW with there license declarations.
