      Description

      I executed a count query against the default nuget.org-proxy repository, published a test package to nuget-hosted, and then re-executed the count query - and the count incremented.

      Reproduction:
      1. Execute this query to see how many components are available in the nuget.org feed.

      http://localhost:8081/repository/nuget.org-proxy/Search()/$count?$filter=IsLatestVersion&searchTerm=%27%27&targetFramework=%27net45%27&includePrerelease=false

      2. Publish SONATYPE.TEST.1.0.nupkg to the nuget-hosted repository.
      3. Execute the count query again and note that it has incremented despite the activity happening on a different repo

      Test for this condition is presently commented out in NugetGroupIT(search for this ticket), and should be re-enabled to confirm this when fixed.
