Loading message not over area, frame or totally on screen

Basically, testing NEXUS-8707, I noticed that pulling a dropdown list for mapping external roles (specifically I was reviewing LDAP) had the loading message due to time taken but it did not appear over the dropdown, not over the whole frame and not even totally on screen.
I asked Daniel Sauble and he said this could be ticketed for work.

I marked trivial because after the first time, the loading message does not appear (probably cached?) so this occurs once a session. My default load of Crowd only has one user so this didn't occur there either though I imagine the concept is the same.
