Provide a way to map in user names when first name and last name are stored in different attributes

Some LDAP schemas store the real names of users in two attributes, a first name and last name attribute. It would be nice if Nexus provided a way to map these in.

This is of particular use in organizations where the user ID's assigned to users are not based off of their real names. In this situation being able to see the user's full name is essential.
