It should be apparent you cannot delete a default logger

While reviewing the NEXUS-8377 PR, I noticed that when I tried to delete a default logger nothing happened (page refreshed, logger remained (including on refresh), no error in UI or JS).
I recall talking about this before but I could not find a ticket. So I am assuming this is a bug because it does not function this way in NX2.
I did not check older versions of NX3 at this time.

If this turns out to be a change in NX3, I think the document should be updated with this fact.

Workaround is to disable (OFF) the logger.
