can login as LDAP user when LDAP realm is not enabled

      Description

      Configure LDAP Server.
      Go to #admin/security/realms
      Verify that by default the ldap realm is not enabled. Do not map users or external groups either.
      Try to login as an LDAP user. Authentication succeeds and you are presented with less of a view than what anonymous gets.

      In Nexus 2.x you cannot even login when the LDAP realm is not active.
