include all referenced jetty configuration files in support zip

      Description

      we currently include jetty.xml in support zip.

      Nexus 2.8.x allows more than one wrapper.app.parameter and therefore more than one jetty config file.

      Suggest we either include each jetty file now, or one effective jetty.xml if that is easier.
