    Description

      I mean normalize packages (now it has org. and com. roots), place legacy (but needed!) bits to proper packages etc.

      As NEXUS-6591 gets done and merged, this sweeping step should be done next.

      (as for NEXUS-6591 we agreed to keep package names, and test and ITs was anyway enough CF to cope with, I did not do this as part of that issue).
