make logger names copiable on Loggers tab

I'd like to be able to select the logger names in the Loggers table - so that I can copy them. Often I am trying to communicate which loggers to adjust levels for and I have to type it instead of copy paste which is annoying. I'd imagine in some cases customers would hit this as well.

Thought maybe there if this is a single table attribute to set would be easy to add.
