Capability Summary tab is not updated

      Description

      Navigate to the Settings tab of a capability and change the status.
      Press "Save"
      Observe how the status icon in the list above is updated correctly after the pop up window notification.
      Press the Summary tab title
      The icon there will still have the previous (now wrong status). The title line above the tabs also still has the wrong icon.
