Capabilities: Group By columns with blank value groups by 'null'

New Capabilities UI displays "Description: null" and "Notes: null" when grouped by these columns.

"null" is not a word that should be shown in the UI as the user is going to think something is broken.

Expected: something like "Description: <none>". Looking for some ideas...
