      Description

      The should be possible to tag capabilities at descriptor/capability level with key/value information.

      The information should be used in capabilities UI to allow grouping based on available tags.

      Examples:

      • mark all smart proxy capabilities with a Category "Smart Proxy" tag
      • mark all security related capabilities with a Category "Security" tag
      • mark all capabilities that are specific to a repository with a Repository <Repository Name> tag
