database config changes are not logged in the audit.log

Database configuration changes made by end users are not logged in the audit.log.

For example, change the database connection pool size and save when using PostgreSQL. Or change advanced properties. Nothing is logged in either the nexus.log or audit.log about if ANYthing changed or WHAT it was.

Expected

All database config changes made by end user should be logged fully in the audit log
