Migrate all deletions.indexes, not just the indexes named with the node ID of the instance being migrated to SQL database

The current code which migrates the deletions index to the database only considers the deletions index file matching the active nodeId. In some situations the current nodeId may not match that of the file, or for systems converted from Orient HA-C they may have 3 such files.

Acceptance

• All deletions indexes are migrated
• Operation is safe for a cluster
