Nexus System API UI is broken when context path is used

Reproduce steps:
1. Install NXRM 3.40.0 with OrientDB
2. Add following line to the $data-dir/etc/nexus.properties file
nexus-context-path=/nexus
3. Restart nexus instance
4. Login to http://localhost:8081/nexus with admin ID
5. Navigate to System Admin > Admin > API

Expected Behavior:
All Nexus API and examples are shown on the UI

Actual Behavior:
An error shown on the screen "Errors: Fetch error: Not Found /service/rest/swagger.json
