      Description

The request.log format has this format timestamp, with precision to the second only:

      [10/May/2022:18:42:30 -0300]

The nexus.log has this timestamp format, with precision to the millisecond:

      2022-05-10 18:42:41,460-0300

Under high load, knowing the request precision to millisecond is extremely valuable, especially when comparing related logs inside nexus.log for the same thread id.

      Expected

Change request log line format to include millisecond precision.
