delete specific component name-version or asset in an entire repo instance

Use Case

Something bad has been stored in repo. You want a simple way to get rid of it. The problem is you have hundreds of repos, a group repo with many members and they have members and they have members, etc. Since groups merge metadata from all the members there it can be extremely challenging to delete all occurrences of a given component/asset from all repos in an entire instance.

Expected

Provide a simple one action operation that will delete any an all mentions of a specific component , component + version, or component asset from an entire repo instance, or within the scope of a group repo's members.
