Add examples to Licensing REST API doc

    Description

      If a License expires and a user cannot get to the UI, the License API is hugely helpful. However, https://help.sonatype.com/display/NXRM3/Licensing+API contains no examples and if they cannot get to Swagger, then the page as designed only tells them they can do things not how. That warrents a support request.

      Several REST pages were not documented heavily because of the Swagger API but I think we should consider an exception here.
