Our documentation reads:
"When a soft quota is violated, that information will be available in the following locations:
A WARN level message in the logs.
Under Administration → Support → Status, all soft quotas' statuses are aggregated in the BlobStores status.
A REST API endpoint."
When reading this, I wondered why we don't send an email (or optionally send an email).
