Rest API does not honor "v2" for Nuget proxy creation

      Description

      Despite setting nugetVersion to "V2" when creating a Nuget proxy through the v1 API, the repository UI shows "V3" as selected and the proxied URL has "index.json" added to the end of it.

       

      Expected Results - Use the selected version for the API
