Copy and config links incorrect for nuget V3 proxy repos

      Description

      The 'Copy' links for the proxy repos (and the link in the repo settings) that are meant to be put in the client configuration are wrong for any format that appends anything to the repo URL in order to have it work on the client side.

      • nuget v3 needs to have '/index.json' at the end:
