Description
When using the 'Repository Import' task to import npm packages from Nexus 2 to Nexus 3, the import process current does not retain any "dist-tags" from the repo 2 originating NPM packages.
Expected
Import task should be designed to retain the preexisting"latest" tag and other dist-tags from repo 2 NPM sourced npm packages.
In particular, ensure the same latest version listed in Nexus 2 for a given package, is also listed as latest on Nexus 3.
