Special characters are not Url Encoded in Raw repositories.

If the filename contains characters like # that needs to be converted in "%23" they can't be downloaded.

In my case the filename is aaaa##00.00.01.war

The href url in the nx-info-entry-value cell doesn't have correctly escaped # characters with %23.

In the "HTML view" it's correctly encoded and working.
