Add bearer authentication type support for Docker

In current implementation, Docker supports Bearer tokens as described in Token Authentication Specification. Some registries (Bintray, for example) doesn't support this type of authentication and supports custom Bearer tokens only.

Bearer token should be included in the repository configuration (see NPM Preemptive Bearer Token authentication type).
