Custom firewall messages for Maven

Allow users to add text the error messages outputted in the Maven client when Firewall blocks a component.

Some users have their own Confluence pages or other Wikis where they provide documentation about what to do. In many cases, developers do not have access to the IQ Server Firewall reports, so the link to the report will only lead to "I do not have access to this application. I have no idea what it is or who to talk to to get access".

This frustration can easily be preempted with a provided text or link to their internal documentation.
