static pages show old format and style product name and version

    Description

      Normal dynamic header style:

      Static page header style (bug):

      And when you hover over the static page header, the text is highlighted as a hyperlink, whereas the regular header does not do that.

      Expected

      Make static page headers look similar to dynamic page header.
