expose mbeans for outbound HTTP connection pools

The number of outbound HTTP connections available to NXRM is limited by HTTP connection pools.

Monitoring these pools of connections using mbeans could help diagnose, prevent or detect a problem or bottleneck.

Expected

Expose mbeans monitoring HTTP outbound connection pool activity - such as

• connections in use
• connections waiting to be purged
• number of connections in pool

Include the AWS SDK HTTP connection pool in this as well as all proxy repository outbound pools.

As normal with all mbeans, including this mbean data in the support bundle jmx file is expected as well.
