      Description

We should have the ability to do "warm" reboot of the Nexus over the REST API.

      Proposed solution:
a new TEXT_PLAIN mime typed resource added to /status/command

It accepts the following "commands": 'START, 'STOP' and 'RESTART' (stops Nexus if runs and starts it).

This is not equal as "bouncing" nexus on OS level with wrapper comands! In that case, the whole JVM is "bounced", while in the latter case, only the Nexus components (actually some of them) are simply "shut down" and Nexus will be "inactive" completely, meaning it will allow even FS manipulation beneath it, or a complete config change.
