      Description

      As an administrator, I would like to be able to provide descriptions for repositories, so that users have more information of what they're about.

      Details

      Presently, the only information exposed to users is the repository's name, format, and type. Administrators should also be able to provide descriptions for repositories, which show in the Browse and Browse>Repository section, to provide users important context and information.
