Description
Dear Sonatypers!
We're glad to use your products, you're doing an awesome job!
I would like to propose an improvement: ability to rollback NXRM upgrades. I have found only issues related reported as bugs, so if you have it already, please feel free to close this one.
We're trying to keep your products up to date, especially, when security upgrades recommended. But sometimes we need to rollback, because of performance degradation or regression bugs.
I understand that one of options is restore from a backup, but it is a pain for a whole org to rollback: sometimes we find an issue in a few days after upgrade and we can't afford restore from a backup, because of hundreds releases which will be lost: restoring process basically stops development for days.
(for example, after last upgrade, I suspect performance degradation, but I can't reproduce it on the dev nexus server and I can't do a quick rollback to check if issue persists on both versions)
Upgrade rollback process will be a huge achievement here, hope NXRM architecture allows to implement it.
Thank you!
