Internal: Provide a way to allow users to use SAML SSO without showing them the SAML dialog

Customers want the ability to skip the SAML dialog when multiple realms are enabled with SAML so that their users do not have to choose which realm they need to use.

1. Provide a way to allow users to use SAML SSO without showing them the SAML dialog.

Notes

• This feedback is provided by BIS. They do not want their developers to accidentally pick the incorrect option when signing in.  
• The concern to provide a way for local admin to authenticate in NXRM can potentially be solved by a nexus-context-path, the Sign In button on the top right corner of NXRM should let users log in using whichever Realm this designated as the default.
