      Description

      Currently, when the API endpoint for managing NXRM users is supplied with a source attribute value of "Local" or "local", it does not recognize the value. Since the UI uses "Local" as the source, we should allow the endpoints to use the same string in an attempt to improve developer experience of our REST API endpoints.
