Yum REST Error 400 undocumented

    Description

      When I tried to create a duplicate repo (name, should be unique), I received the attached error 400. Error 400 was listed as undocumented in Swagger.

      Am filing as a bug, though could be changed to improvement if the oversight was intentional (or closed).
