[Cocoapods-proxy] The proxy repo removes get-params from http sources

1. Find the pod with http sources and get parameters
2. Use proxy repo to download the pod (pod install)
3. Get asset name using the repository browser

Expected behavior:

The name of asset contains all get parameters from the original podspec

Actual behavior:

get parameters removed from the original URL

Repository browser should display asset name without get parameters
