      Description

      I noticed that in 3.19 when you logout of an admin page and login again, you get a prompt saying that something on the page requires a login despite account having full admin credentials (see attached). Not only is this weird since you just logged in, this is new behavior in 3.19 (does not occur in 3.18). Filing for analysis in case intentional.

      I marked trivial because you can cancel the prompt even, just seems firing unnecessarily.

      Repro steps===
      SETUP: Fresh NXRM 3.19.0+. Create a user with nx-admin role.
      1) (assuming you just performed setup) Logout. (if you didn't, login as admin, go to an admin page - I tested both user and repository, and logout).
      2) At sign in prompt, signin with user created in setup. NOTE: I have been surprised at the signin prompt here but in recent versions logout no longer directs you to Welcome. If this changes, you'd need to click sign in minimally, maybe go to the admin page by brute force URL.
      RESULT: Should see the prompt on the screen.
