Clickable things should have hand cursors

For reference, the following have hand cursors:

1. Flat Buttons, like the sign in button
2. Dialog Buttons, like the sign in button the sign in dialog
3. Close Buttons, like the x in the sign in dialog
4. Classic links, like Release notes on the main page
5. The drop down (v) for a column header in Search and Browse

The following button like things do not have a hand cursor:

1. The Browse sidebar on the main page (Welcome/Search/Browse/Upload) – for reference, the equivalent Sidebar in Windows Explorer does have a hand.
2. The column headers in Search and Browse – except for the drop down (see above)
3. The copy clipboard button in rows in Browse (that it isn't available in search is another story) – for reference, the equivalent clipboard item in GitHub does
4. Column rows in Search and Browse – for reference, if you set Windows Explorer (View > Options > Click items as follows: Single-click to open an item (point to select)) they will show hands
