nx-analytics-all privilege does nothing

As far as I can tell and have heard the nx-analytics-all privilege no longer does anything other than look pretty on the privileges page.

There's some speculation that to remove it would probably require an upgrade step so it may be not worth considering it's not doing any harm. I wanted to denote this finding in JIRA at least for searchability. I'll let others decide the value.
