Clarify "Database Frozen" status check meaning

Currently, there's a status check called "Database Frozen" which when unfrozen shows with a green check (see attached) and no message. Typically in my social circles, checks mean "yes" so at a casual glance this could look as if it means the database is yes indeed frozen nothing to worry about.

I think this could be improved by a rewording or a message (currently the messaage column is empty on green, not shown in screenshot).

I suspect the expectation is that green is largely to be ignored. If so, another improvement might be not to show this check at all if ok (could further that to not showing any ok checks, at least without explainatory messages).

NOTE: The usage is if the database is indeed frozen it will show red ! as the system cannot accept writes and may be unstable.
