allow selecting more than one blobstore to compact with the Compact blobstore task

The Compact blobstore task only allows compacting one blobstore at a time. There should be an option to compact more than one using the same task definition.

• Some users create a blobstore per team and have hundreds of teams, this can mean hundreds of compact blobstore tasks required
• more tasks is more administrator and task overhead
